Pregnancy Wellness-Productivity Program

Optimal health for mother and baby begins before conception and continues well after delivery. Pregnancy is a beautiful experience and should be celebrated! Whether you are in corporate or are a stay-at-home mom your well-being and that of your baby should be priority. Research has shown that babies absorb their mother’s emotions while they are in the womb and this can be the start of traumatic experiences for your baby if the emotions that are being passed on are negative. Mothers do not have much control on what emotions they are passing on to their precious babies especially when the mother is constantly stressed.

Pregnancy is supposed to be a special, wonderful and miraculous time. But it often does not feel like that due to various reasons.
